Support for Neurodiverse Families
when parents have support, everyone benefits
Parents of neurodivergent children often have a lot to do raising children with more intensive support needs. It’s easy to neglect our own needs by putting our children first, which can lead to isolation, burn out, or overwhelm. Finding a balance that works for the whole family can feel impossible.
I offer both 1:1 and group coaching to support parents in this situation. 1:1 sessions give space to provide highly individualized support, gorup work provides much-needed community for parents. We all need community, but for parents of neurodivergent children it’s especially critical to have a place to feel seen and supported. Both individual and group coaching include materials and resources to spark conversation and bring new ideas to parenting.
